daisy:nnn links to daisy documents which are not included in a book could be rendered as a web-links instead of "<Link Text> (page 0)". The base URL of the link should be taken from a book property to allow reverse proxies and URL rewriting in front of the daisy webapp (same reason for which the base URL of links in the notification e-mails can be configured).

This should not break existing functionality but offers the possibility to access the same (well linked) content from the webapp and as a rendered book without having "page 0" links in a book.
