[daisy] New Daisy repository runtime platform

This brings question whether Daisy have plans to move to Cocoon 2.2. Personally, I would like to see it happening soon and would be glad to 
help (mainly by answering questions about Cocoon 2.2 features).

I think the only thing that stops Daisy from upgrading to Cocoon 2.2 is (yet) unfinished servlet-service-fw that would be used extensively 
in Daisy's wiki, IMHO.
