[daisy] bread crumbs in daisy

Hi,

I've modified the layout.xsl to include a bread crumb trail in my Daisy 
site. There is only one problem: for pages not in the navigation tree 
the trail ends after the home page.
I don't want to include every available page in the navtree, so I was 
thinking of including the referrer of that page and _ITS_ navtree path.

Can someone tell me how to figure out what the referring document of the 
current document was?
