[daisy] Book Publishing - Documents with Links to Attachments.

I've read some prior posts about creating Daisy books with links to
attachments of various types, but can't seem to find conclusive info on how
to make this work (I also read Chapter 6 in the Daisy documentation). I'm
running the win32 version of Daisy 1.5.1, and when I create a book using
documents that contain links to attachment documents (of varying file-types
- pdf, etc), the link inserted in the book is typically broken.
Additionally, the link-log will contain an error like "Link pointing to
non-defined ID: #dsy18 (source document: 17, branch: 1, language: 1)."

Is this intentional? I assumed that during publication, the attachment file
would simply be copied into the book's folder on the server and linked
accordingly. If I insert a link into a document containing a the hard-coded
URL of another document on the server (regardless of its type), the link is
preserved through publication, and seems to work, but I feel like this is a
less-than-robust solution. Any ideas? One of the posts I read mentioned
altering the book publication type, but I'm unclear as to what changes to
make to it to accomplish this (referenced here:

Thanks,
