[daisy] Daisy and H2 database

Hi,

I just tried to make daisy work with the H2 database
(http://www.h2database.com/). I think I've come pretty far already. I
created the torque scripts and could run the daisy-repository-init
script successfully. Also, the repository server starts up
successfully. However, while trying to initialise the wiki, I'm
running into trouble due to quoted words in SQL statements. I found
this issue has been addressed with DSY-354, which hasn't been applied
yet (this patch is for 1.5, however). Could this patch be applied
safely? Or does that need further investigation? Would be nice if
Daisy ran with H2, especially since H2 could be potentially embedded
into Daisy. This would certainly ease the installation (especially if
one would like to tryout daisy first) since no external database had
to be installed any more. I'm willing to work on that, however, the
issue of database compatibility has been discussed controversially in
the past, so I better ask whether just now is the right point of time
to work on that or whether that issue has to be postponed until that
topic is tackled in a more general way by the daisy developers.

Regards
