[daisy] Problem Build wiki from source

Most likely, if you install the daisy source in a directory that does
not contain spaces (e.g. c:\Daisy_Source), this error won't occur. I
think everything is fine on Daisy's side (I submitted patches for that
a while ago), this probably is a problem with the start scripts of
Cocoon (at least I found these kind of problems with linux, so I
assume it could be the same with windows).
