Since wrapper supports cascading configuration files, we should use this feature in order to have global configuration files in DAISY_HOME and a local configuration files in the data directories. So if we would like to change any of the configuration properties of the wrapper scripts in future releases (replacement of merlin or so), these changes will come with the binary of the new release, no manual interaction is needed in order to upgrade the configuration scripts (though local adaptions will be kept).
The file wrapper-cascading-configuration.diff provides that feature.
