Further amendment to the wrapper integration:

* there is actually no need to copy the wrapper executables into the subdirectory of the data directories (this way, upgrading to new wrapper version will be easier, also no duplicate files are used)
* adding support to other operating systems (this time without AIX and HP/UX, as proposed)
*environment variable for repository data now takes precedence over variable declared inside the configuration file

Applying the patch:
remove:
*distro/core/resources/wrapper/bin/wrapper.exe
*distro/core/resources/wrapper/bin/wrapper.exe
*distro/core/resources/wrapper/lib/wrapper.dll
*distro/core/resources/wrapper/lib/libwrapper.so

extract wrapperlib-new.tar.bz2 into distro/core/resources/wrapper/lib
extract wrapper-binaries-new.tar.bz2 into distro/core/resources/wrapper/bin

apply wrapper_amendment.diff
