[daisy] 2.0.x releases etc.

Hi,

Before starting to work on a next major Daisy release, we'll first do
one or more 2.0.x releases that add some smaller enhancements to Daisy.

This way, some useful enhancements can be made available without having
to wait for the next major release.

Right now I'm working on some stuff I'll need for a new knowledge base
that we're going to add to the Daisy site (in part a successor of the
current FAQ, more on this another time), the changes are mainly related
to hierarchical / link field stuff, I'm currently thinking of:

 * a new hierarchical selection list type that allows for parent-based
linking instead of the child-based linking of the current one

 * allow to use hierarchical selection lists with non-hierarchical
fields (instead of the complete path, only the selected node will then
count)

 * allow expressions as argument of matchesPath() to build up the
path-expression dynamically, and related things.

 * some way to traverse over link-type fields in publisher requests.
