[daisy] daisy-service-install.bat exception

Installed the maintenance release this morning, seems to be working great! I
did run across this, however:

C:\daisy\install>daisy-service-install.bat -r %DAISY_HOME%\RepoData -w
%DAISY_HOME%\WikiData

	Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/outerj/daisy/install/ServiceScriptInstaller

Tried tweaking the classpath declaration in the batch file, to no avail.
