[daisy] Daisy 2.0: link editors broken?

Ah, that did the trick. I'd created my custom skins after installing Daisy
2.0, but somehow managed to get 1.5 version of layout.xsl in there. Many

The first idea that came up when seeing your errors is that you are using a
custom skin that hasn't been updated for daisy-2.0. Could you make sure that
you are using the default skin that has been bundled with your new daisy
install. Check the siteconf.xml to see that the skin is set to default and
that there is no 'default' directory in <wiki.datadir>/resources/skins.

The dojo resources are bundled in a jar so you won't find them doing a file
search. If you really want to find them look in
<daisy.home>/daisywiki/webapp/WEB-INF/lib/cocoon-ajax-block.jar
