[daisy] Daisy 2.0: link editors broken?

Working with the built-in text editor in Daisy, I have been un-able to use
the link editors: the 'Create Link' does absolutely nothing, and the rest of
the link-related editors open in a (non-resized) pop-up window, that does
not exit gracefully, or pass the values entered back to the editor.
The relevant JavaScript error (from Firefox's Error Console) seems to be:
Error: dojo is not defined
Source File:
http://192.168.1.20:8888/daisy/Installations/editing/documentBrowser?branch=
1&language=1
Line: 136
I'm also getting an pop-up error on the "Link to new dialog" saying
"dialogcontent div not found" There's a JS error as well:
Error: dialogcontent has no properties
Source File:
http://192.168.1.20:8888/daisy/resources/cocoon/dojo/dojo.js
Line: 135
I did a search through both my Daisy 2.0 installation directory, and a
backup copy of my old Daisy 1.5.1 install dir, and found no "dojo.js" files.
Is this a new resource that got left out of the final release, maybe?
