[daisy] 2.0.1. release Thursday

Hi all,

I'm currently planning on pushing out the 2.0.1 release this Thursday
(April 12).

Please don't wait till after 2.0.1 to try out Daisy 2, since we're not
foreseeing a 2.0.2 release anytime soon.
