Upgrade instructions have been added.
Uninstalling of the services can be done both with the new bat files and with the bat files from the previous release, shouldn't make any difference.
Wrapper and configuration files are different for 1.5.1 and 2.0 release. Normally, 1.5.1 scripts can be reused. In case of problems, one should uninstall the 1.5.1 versions and install the new ones according to the instructions provided.
