as I tried to explain: it only has a useful purpose when the same
dialogue is used for 'entering a link' to a document
or put differently. in the use case 'entering an include' it's purpose
is "to be ignored" :-S
sorry for this, but as explained before you can still resort to a more
fine-grained document-split-up to achieve the desired effect.
