Can be found at 
<daisy.home>/daisywiki/webapp/daisy/resources/form/fulltextsearch_definition.xml
<daisy.home>/daisywiki/webapp/daisy/resources/form/fulltextsearch_template.xml

Anyway users aren't meant to change these files and it's not possible to 
override the fulltext search by creating these files in the wikidata. If you 
want to create a custom full text search you might start thinking in the 
lines of a daisy extension.

Looks like this was an extension and not a part of Daisy itself.
