[daisy] include fragment

Thanks for your reply Marc.

I would like to be able to not just include an entire document, but also
single parts or fragments of parts of the included document.

No xpointer syntax. Although support for that would be great!

He fragment identifier in the include dialog indeed suggests that you can
include just a fragment. What's the purpose of it now?

yep,
to my knowledge our include transformer is not taking into account any
fragment-identifiers

what use case do you have, what were you expecting?
I presume you only want to be linking for id?, and are not hoping for a
complete xpointer syntax support?

Admittedly the reuse of the 'create link' dialog for creating includes
offers the opportunity to specify the fragment, and thus hints that this
 would be working in the include context as well...

I'm afraid on short notice you'll need to fragment your doc into
multiple docs to make this work.
