When doing a fresh 2.0 install, the wrapper scripts are properly configured and installed in the data directories. The upgrade instructions should mention how to the same for existing installations.

For Windows, this should probably also include mentioning of how to uninstall the existing services (can this be done with the new bat files or should it be done with the bat files from the previous release? Any difference between manual config and Windows installer?)
