[daisy] Error calling heartbeat

Thanks for the quick response.
It wouldn't be the first two situations you mention, but could possibly be
the third one (network errors). although we never did receive this error
using Daisy 1.5 and IE7 on the same network. It has happened on two
different computers - both are running IE7.

Usually heartbeat errors occur when:
* the Daisy Wiki is down
* the Daisy Wiki has been restarted, causing the editing session to be
lost
* (temporary) network errors
I'm not sure what is causing the error in this case though. Can it be
any of the above? If you see this again during normal operation, please
re-confirm (and mention the browser you're using).
