[daisy] Publisher Requests : priority & default pubreq (daisy 1.5)

Hello,

When I define two publisher requests, one for a specific documentType, and
one that is the plain default one (if="true"), are they both executed for
the matching documentType? Or is only the one for the specific documentType
executed? Or is the one being executed defined by the order with which they
appear in the mapping.xml file?

And is the default one (the if="true" one) being executed anyway?
