[daisy] Installation issue

When I started the repository, I made sure it was fully running before I 
ran the wiki.  Waited for the "server is running" message...

Daisy repository server started [April 2, 2007 7:12:12 PM EDT]

In fact, I waited for this before I began the config of the wiki server...
