[daisy] [win installer] Download links in settings.nsh

Andreas,

The donwload links in settings.nsh.template for java and jai don't point
to the same versions as the corresponding filenames listed in the same
file. Maybe something to fix (not urgent)...  and meanwhile maybe add
comments with links to the page where the download links can be found
(if possible).
