I'm using JDK 1.4.2_08 (not a JRE) and the 1.5 branch of Daisy. I checked 
the rt.jar from  and it doesn't contain that class in Java 1.4. In Java 
1.5, it exists.

My guess is that somehow, a backport from 2.0 broke the 1.5 build.

Note: Only building the Wiki frontend is affected.
