[daisy] Windows installer

Hi,

Thanks to a lot of great work by Andreas (Deininger) we now have a
NSIS-based Windows installer for Daisy. I've just committed the sources
for it to subversion.

I've slightly rearranged the contents of the distro directory:
distro/core: contains the original distribution building script
distro/debian: contains Paul's ongoing effort for a debian package
distro/windows-installer: contains the new windows installer

The Windows installer can install required dependencies (java, mysql,
jai), installs the Daisy files, configures Daisy (repo & wiki), can
install Windows services for Daisy, and can uninstall everything. For
this initial release, it doesn't support upgrading, though we'd like to
cover that in the future too.

>From some initial testing by myself and Steven, the installer works
already quite nice (Andreas mailed a preview copy offlist). I'm
wondering now if we should directly do the final release or put up a
copy that can be tested by more people?
