[daisy] Linking from books to wiki pages

Indeed.

The book-publishing is in fact completely independent from the Wiki, the
produced books are meant to be standalone (and can e.g. be served by a
static web server). It would be possible to add a mechanism that
converts links to documents that are not included in the book to some
other location, though there is currently no such feature.
