[daisy] downloads moved to sourceforge

Hi all,

For those of you wondering: we decided to switch over to Sourceforge  
as a software distribution service (for official releases).

That means world-wide mirrored downloads and hopefully faster  
download speeds for you.

Files can be found now at http://sourceforge.net/project/ 
showfiles.php?group_id=176692

I'll leave the old /dist/ directory on cocoondev.org untouched for a  
while, until we decided what to do with the old releases.
