[daisy] Windows installer: i18n request

Hi,

the Windows installer for Daisy is now almost finished, so I would
like to ask for your help in getting the user interface localized. The
procedure is very easy since you have to translate phrases in one
single file only. This file can be retrieved via:

http://daisyapi.deininger.net/installer/english.nsh

Upon completion, you may add a JIRA issue. In case you don't have or
don't want to open an JIRA account, you may send that file to the list
or directly to me.

I count on your (yes, it's you!) help in that regard.
