[daisy] upgrade experience 1.5-M1 -> 1.5

Hi,

just want to share my experience when upgrading from 1.5-M1 to 1.5. In
general nothing special, just a few quirks:
- when using the daisy-wikidata-init script the documentation says to look
for the registrar user's password in cocoon.xconf in the webapp/WEB/INF dir.
The script however says to look in daisy.xconf.
- then you need to do some copying of skins and doctype XSLs. Skins is no
problem, but in case of doctype XSLs the documentation speaks of copying
from <OLD_DAISY_HOME>/daisywiki/webapp/daisy/resources/document-styling/
html-default/MyDoctype.xsl. I guess this needs to be:
<OLD_DAISY_HOME>/daisywiki/webapp/daisy/resources/document-styling/
default/html/MyDoctype.xsl
- then you have to do: "Dito for query-styling XSLs". Finding the dir
query-styling in <OLD_DAISY_HOME>/daisywiki/webapp/daisy/resources/ it took
me some time to finally find it had to be copied to <WIKIDATA
DIR>/resources/. In hindsight quite logical, but at the time I was
interpreting the "dito" as referring to the skins dir, since the
document-styling goes there. So being a little less terse there would be
very nice.
