[daisy] Belgian cms awards

On 15 november, the best Belgian websites using a content management 
system are awarded a cms-award. The site cms.langemark-poelkapelle.be 
uses the daisy CMS and is one of our finest/best projects. We considered 
this site ready to compete for an award.
