[daisy] Error finding document

Any advice?

Situation: I click on results of a Daisy query to display a document and 
Firefox gives the following message page:

"The page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server 
is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never 
complete."

It is doing this for two documents that I have tested, but not for others. 
Also tested in IE, which just hangs.

Pls advise -- since I can't open the docs, I also don't know how to delete 
them. But am more interested in what causes the situation and how to 
avoid/resolve.  Thanks...
