[daisy] Document type stying

I'm trying to follow the instructions here but it simply does not work:

Apparently things have changed for version 1.5. But I find no instructions
for how to do this in 1.5, except for a very vague reference to how
something has changed here.

But I can't seem to put the two together to make anything that works.

How do you do this? Where is a complete set of instructions?
