[daisy] Spanish Translation

Hello again.
We have translated Daisy to Spanish.
I attach the patch.

I have try it, and it almost works but I can't get the documents
description (in new document page) translated.
Perhaps I miss some step.

Also, I don't get the Administration interface translated. Can't it be
translated?
