Here is a ZIP which contains the .project and .classpath files to develop
Daisy with Eclipse 3.2.
Some installation notes:
- Download cocoon-2.1.9-src.zip and unpack it into the workspace as
"cocoon"
- Download Daisy 1.5 with Subversion
- Create a project "daisy-lib".
- Unzip the attached file into the workspace. It should provide you with
.project and .classpath files for all three projects.
- Refresh the three projects
- Create the folder daisy-lib/lib and put all files in there which are
mentioned in the .classpath file for daisy-lib. You can find these in the
Daisy binary distribution or you can build Daisy as described in the docs
and copy the files out of the maven repository.
If you want to develop for Daisy 2.0, you can do the same but you'll have
to update a couple of JARs to the new versions.
Some notes: You can use this to develop code but to build Daisy, you must
use maven 1.0.
Also, I haven't yet managed to create a working launch config. I tried to
copy the wrapper scripts but for some reason, this didn't work.
> - Hierarchical structure for documents
We needed the same feature but only with a couple of folders (about 10),
so our solution was to create a collection for every possible path.
Now, we can simply add each document to the "path" or "folder" collection.
This is somewhat limited but very easy to implement.
