[daisy] edit links for included docs not showing up in IE

Hi,

Since Daisy 1.5, an [edit] link is shown next to each included document
(if the current user has write access on the included document). For
some reason, this link does not show up in Internet Explorer. It is
simply a div with a "float: right" style. Does anyone know why this is
the case, or is anyone able to debug this? Thanks a lot in advance.
