[daisy] Upgrade Daisy from 1.1.0 to 1.5

Hi,

you can download the 1.5 release on sourceforge, and then you need to
follow all the steps 1.1 to 1.2, 1.2 to 1.3, 1.3 to 1.4, and finally 1.4
to 1.5.

you do not need to download all the intermediate releases.
