[daisy] links in document changed to part-SimpleDocumentContent

Hi,
Using Edit ID I created some targets in my document and then created
links to these targets within my document.  First time I save everything
works but if I edit the document again, the links to internal document
targets get changed and no longer work. When I switch to HTML, the
original link <a href="#1"> now looks like eg <a
href="part-SimpleDocumentContent#1"> and the error I get is:
 
Path not found: 50/part-SimpleDocumentContent  
(50 is document id)
I'm running Daisy 1.4
