[daisy] Moving Daisy from windows XP to free BSD

Maybe to add some further clarification: 'installing' only means
extracting the Daisy download, there's no need to run the installation
scripts as these only serve to initialise the data directories and
database, which you don't need in this case. When moving, be sure to
check the contents of datadir/myconfig.xml to adjust any absolute paths
and possibly database settings (the absolute paths have been removed in
Daisy 1.5).

Also, I'd do it in two steps: first move and then upgrade, or first
upgrade and then move. Otherwise if something fails it might be hard to
figure out why.
