[daisy] Is there a way to have a dynamic page of included snipets?

When creating a new document, on the 'Misc' tab in the editor you can change
the collection to which the document will belong.

You indeed need to create a collection first. For every site a collection is
automatically created. Other collections can be created on the
Administration page.
