[daisy] Error during self-register

Hi,

I clicked the "Register" link in the green bar in the default skin on  
a site I created. As far as I know nothing I have done would have  
caused this error:

Unable to lookup component:  
org.outerj.daisy.frontend.components.userregistrar.UserRegistrar  
(Key='ComponentManagerWrapper')
Could not find component (key  
[org.outerj.daisy.frontend.components.userregistrar.UserRegistrar])

Any ideas?
