Hi,
There's no such thing as a "subsite", there are only "sites".
It comes down to this:
- Daisy consists of a repository containing documents and a frontend
called the Daisy Wiki
- In the Daisy Wiki, a site is a view on the repository, configured
with a navigation tree, a document to use as homepage, the skin to use,
and various other parameters.
- By creating multiple sites, you can create different views on the
same repository.

If you need more specific information, or have troubles setting up
sites, don't hesitate to ask.
