[daisy] Creating an 'editable' publication type?

Hey Folks,

Has anyone attempted creating a custom publication type that would 
output an editable document file?  Apache FOP has an RTF output format, 
and there may be others.  We have the PDF almost where we want it 
visually, but content-wise i'm not sure we are going to get to the point 
where we can publish a final doc from Daisy directly.  Maybe another 
option would be to find a way to publish to a new daisy document that 
could be edited as a whole.
