[daisy] footnotes and document specific styling

Hi,

I just applied document specific styling to a document that contains
footnotes and realized that after applying the styling, the links from
and to the footnotes do not work any more. If I remove the styling,
the links are working fine again. Am I missing something inside my
xsl-file for the document-type specific styling?
