[daisy] Book with attachments

Hi,

I'm using Daisy 1.5 M1. I added documentes with PDF attachments. Now, I try
to make book. Everything works fine, but there are only text data in
books but attachments are gone, or some links to them etc. My book should be
HTML in one file.

Is there some attribute or something like that, to set making book
with links to attachments.
