[daisy] Re: Book Publishing

Ok I am pretty sure I didn't copy over anything, but just to be sure I just
copied over everything under /daisywiki/webapp/daisy/books/publicationtypes
from a fresh 1.5-M2 extraction. I ran the book publish and received the same
error.

Maybe during the upgrade you copied the book publication types from
1.5M1 to 1.5M2 ?
