[daisy] Re: Book Publishing

We did not do any local customizations, however the user mentioned that this
began immediately after we upgraded from 1.5M1 to M2.

Nowhere the XSLTs contain an include using this path
(../../resources/xsl/default-query-styling.xsl), is this a local
customisation you made?
