I assume that's a Cocoon 2.1.9 download, not an SVN checkout? (due to
the use of svn export's in Cocoon, the tagged 2.1.9 release doesn't
actually give you the 2.1.9 version of all the blocks, that's why I'm
asking this)

BTW, someone else mentioned that he couldn't even build Cocoon on the
_06 Java (see the thread titled 'Error in 1.5M2' from last week).

Assuming you didn't modify anything else except for enabling those
blocks, I have no immediate idea what could be wrong. Lets first see if
the above items can help...
