[daisy] SVG to PDF

Ok I created an svg document (the test document for svg from the daisy docs)
and after feeding the url that document id I got this error:

HTTP ERROR: 500
Internal Server Error
RequestURI=/daisy/cgccms/ext/svg/svg-to-png

The document ID (here 3) needs to be the one of the SVG document itself, not
of the document that includes the SVG.
