Ok I checked my cocoon.log file and here is the text of the error:

Any errors would be logged in the cocoon.log file in the log subdirectory of
your wikidata directory.
BTW, you can also test the rendering of the SVG directly by calling this
URL:
http://localhost:8888/daisy/<sitename>/ext/svg/svg-to-png?documentId=<id>&br
anch=main&language=default&version=live&part=SvgData
replace the hostname, <sitename> and <id> with appropriate values.
