Hi Todd,
I can confirm that we also experienced the same symptoms in combination
with InCollection('xxxxxxx') in the ACL. Unfortunately we haven't found
a satisfying workaround which is a but of a bummer because it is (for
me) a nice and high level of granting permissions to users. I hope it
will be addressed soon.
