[daisy] Postgresql 8.x support in Daisy 2.0

To be honest I do not recall having any particular problems. I obviously
had to adjust the driver name and JDBC URL, and I do not recall if I had
to add the Postgresql JAR or whether it was already there.
I did not follow the instructions noted below, I used a binary version.
